Wood, charcoal, and standard briquettes all work great. For clean cooking, use seasoned hardwood or quality charcoal. Avoid packing the fire too tight. Good airflow keeps heat even.
All structural cooking parts are Titanium Grade 2 (body panels, grate, plancha, skewers, tongs). The carry bag and base mat are durable textiles made for transport and heat protection.
Titanium heat colouring (patina) is normal and will vary with temperature and fuel. It doesn’t affect performance. It’s the oxide layer that gives titanium its look. Wipe clean, store dry, and the patina will keep evolving.
The bundle includes the TITAN1 grill body, grill grate, plancha plate, skewers, tongs, carry bag, and heat-resistant base mat. If you need a custom bundle or extra parts, just message us.
Within 14 days of delivery, yes. Unpack it, assemble it, look it over — that all comes back for a full refund. Once you’ve lit a fire in it, though, the change is permanent: titanium takes its patina on the first burn and the stove can’t be sold as new again, so a fired return is refunded minus the loss in value. Faults are separate and always covered — full detail on the returns & warranty page.
